Terms & Conditions

1. To be eligible to participate in the Club Marconi Birthday Giveaway participants must create an account and post a photo on to MyTime (www.createmytime.com) of their favourite Club Marconi Memory during the Promotional Period.
2. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
3. Participants must share their post amongst friends and family to collect votes on MyTime.
4. If you register a MyTime account, you agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined in the Platform User Agreement. https://www.createmytime.com/terms-and-conditions
5. All entries must be received by 10am on Wednesday 27 July 2022.
6. The prize will automatically be awarded at 10am on Wednesday 27 July 2022: to the participant with the most votes on their MyTime submission.
7. Prizes are non-negotiable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
8. Should Club Marconi be unable to contact the winner within two (2) weeks of the draw date, Club Marconi reserves the right to withdraw the prize and offer it to a runner-up participant.
9. Any participant's submission, name and social media username may be used on Club Marconi's social media, website and other promotional materials.
10. In the event that the platform goes down, the competition, posting and voting, will be extended for the exact same time period it was down for. The winner will be announced via email.
