COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the world who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of ClubMatch and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must upload to MyTime their best club goal and why they should win.
Competition Period: The competition will run from May 6th, 2023 to June 28th, 2023 (the "Competition Period").
Prize: The prize for the competition is $500 AUD to be awarded to the winner within 30 days of the end of the Competition Period.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by ClubMatch based on number of votes (likes) on the winning post being the highest amount.
Notification: The winner will be notified by emal within 5 days of the end of the Competition Period.
Publicity: By entering the competition, participants grant ClubMatch the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.
General Conditions:
(a) ClubMatch reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the competition.
(b) ClubMatch reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these terms and conditions, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
(c) The decision of ClubMatch in all matters related to the competition is final and binding.
(d) The competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of Australia.
(e) By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
